About Us
Billboard Revolution, LLC was founded in 2006 by Tom O’Conor, a
local resident of the area that felt a new advertising medium was
necessary for Morehead City North Carolina. After researching
various options and similar markets, rotating mobile billboards was
selected and Billboard Revolution commissioned its first vehicle.
Tom has had extensive experience with Sports Marketing and Event Sales, Tourism Development, Real Estate Investment & Management and much more. He brings this combined experience along with many life lessons with him as the owner and operator of this innovative business. Feel free to stop Tom on the street and introduce your self when you see the truck on area roads.
